If yes, you’re invited to complete a 10-minute
confidential research survey regarding the use
of selection measures, conducted by Dr. Peter A.
Hausdorf and Jessica Sorenson from the Department
of Psychology at the University of Guelph*.
The research will identify current trends in the use
of different tools and help to highlight best practices
in selection.
All participants will be eligible for a draw for a

(odds of winning are estimated to be a 1 in 25 chance.)
The survey will remain open until
March 28, 2019.
*This project has been reviewed by the Research Ethics Board for compliance
with federal guidelines for research involving human participants. Participants
will have the opportunity to receive a summary report of the aggregate results.
