RUMEET BILLAN, PH.D.
Dr. Rumeet Billan is an award-winning and internationally recognized leader, entrepreneur
and educator who focuses her efforts on enabling opportunities in education. She completed
her Ph.D. at the University of Toronto and is the president and CEO of Viewpoint
Leadership. At the age of 25 and again three years later, Billan was named one of Canada’s
Top 100 Most Powerful Women. She was featured in Forbes.com as part of the “Generation
Entrepreneur” series, has given a TEDx talk and a convocation address at the University of

TOM SCHOENFELDER, PH.D.
Tom Schoenfelder, Ph.D., leads a team of industrial and organizational psychologists, psychometricians,
