Stéphanie Myner-Nham is the
director of human resources and corporate
services with Express Scripts
Canada, one of the country’s leading
providers of health benefits management
services. Having been with the
organization for close to ten years,
Myner-Nham is responsible for all
aspects of human resources across
the country. With 20 years of experience in human resources,
she holds the CHRL designation and is an active member of

RACHEL CROWE
Rachel Crowe is the manager of
learning and workplace inclusion
at the Toronto Region Immigrant
Employment Council. Through the
Leading the Conversation program
for leaders, she helps organizations
identify their diversity and inclusion
goals and develop a plan with practical
tools and practices to help them
make their workplaces more inclusive. She brings more than 15
years of experience in intercultural competence in adult education
and training and a master’s degree in culture and communication
with a focus on intercultural communication. She has also completed
a fellowship with the Summer Institute for Intercultural

Derek Smith joined Xref in January 2018 as general manager
for Xref North America. His knowledge of the North American
