employees can spend funds within life-style
and wellness parameters set by the
employer. These funds empower employ-ees
to engage with their benefits and live a
healthier life.

per cent of people prefer to interact

against their goals as well as incentiv-ize
employees by providing a prize if
they hit a certain milestone. Digital food
logs, sleep trackers, etc., can help employ-ees
be more proactive when it comes to
their health.
