drug reform with Bill 102,
saving Ontarians an unprecedented
$1.5 billion and helping spark re-form
across Canada. After her time
in government, Stevenson founded Reformulary Group. Its prod-ucts
are used by many Canadian employers, helping employees
make smart drug choices and making drug plans sustainable. Read

CORINNE MACMILLAN
Corinne MacMillan is chief tech-nology
officer of Cambridge Global
Payments. As CTO, she is respon-sible
for leading the engineering,

direction for future growth, while
positioning the company’s products
and technology offerings as industry leading. She has over 15 years
of experience, having held roles primarily in product development,
online platforms, IT, systems infrastructure, sales and marketing
and project management. MacMillan is considered by the industry
as one of the top subject matter experts in the area of integrated

Jen Wetherow is the senior director

She has been with the Institute since

she worked as a policy analyst for

ANGELO CAROFANO,
MBA, CPA, CMA
Angelo Carofano is the vice-president
of finance and administration and
has been a senior executive with
Workplace Medical Corp. (WMC)
since 2002; he is responsible for
leading the accounting and finance,
human resources and operations de-partments,
as well as spearheading
mergers and acquisitions. He also acts as WMC’s senior consultant
in absence management and engages with WMC’s large absence
management and disability management clients across Canada and
the U.S. Prior to his role with WMC, Carofano held several senior
positions in commercial and corporate banking throughout Canada,
and has been a professor at the college level teaching labour econom-ics
and industrial relations. He holds a master’s degree in business
administration, an accounting designation, as well as a certificate in
